Private Event Registration

Play tables may only be reserved by Java Game Haus Annual Members, either by calling or inquiring in person.

Private Game Room - The Scriptorium

Maximum of 8 people. Cost is $15/hour. This price covers the play fee for up to 8 people. Please complete the reservation form below, and you will be contacted for payment of a deposit & confirmation of your reservation.

Includes use of RPG supplies (including maps, dry erase markers, DM screen, some miniatures), a video monitor on the wall with HDMI connection, and our board game library or terrain library.

All content on the monitor MUST BE FAMILY FRIENDLY since the monitor faces the open play space.

The Java Game Haus video table will be placed in this room at a future date after repairs.

Private Game Room - The Tavern

Includes use of RPG supplies (including maps, dry erase markers, DM screen, some miniatures), a video monitor on the wall with HDMI connection, and our board game library or terrain library.

All content on the monitor MUST BE FAMILY FRIENDLY since the monitor faces the open play space.

Event Center Rental

Monday - Thursday: $50/hour, 2 hour minimum
Friday-Sunday: $75/hour, 3 hour minimum
50% down payment
Events over 4 hours are rate negotiable

Rental includes:

Tables and chairs for up to 50 people
Reservation of up to 10 board games from our library or usage of our terrain supplies
Chromecast to up to 5 wall monitors
2 private restrooms

Restrictions:

Maximum of 50 people

Available Upgrades

Staff to teach board games or trading card games - $20/hour per instructor
Private role playing event - ~4 hour session, minimum 4 players

$15/player for one shot RPG scenario
$20/player for one shot RPG scenario + either mystery dice or unpainted miniature per player
At this time, we ask that private RPG events be limited to customers 12 years and older

Cookies & soda service - By custom arrangement
Decorations (tablecloths, party prizes, etc) - By custom arrangement
