Event Center Rental

Monday - Thursday: $50/hour, 2 hour minimum

Friday-Sunday: $75/hour, 3 hour minimum

50% down payment

Events over 4 hours are rate negotiable

Rental includes:

> Tables and chairs for up to 50 people

> Reservation of up to 10 board games from our library or usage of our terrain supplies

> Chromecast to up to 5 wall monitors

> 2 private restrooms

While still located in Java 1.0, we cannot provide catering services to the event center due to the limited size of our kitchen. You may bring your own food or hire catering services from another establishment.

Restrictions:

> Maximum of 50 people

> No alcohol until cafe move unless alcohol licensing is provided by an outside caterer

Innsmouth Private Room Rental Includes:

> Large TV Table (includes HDMI input and remote for screen) and chairs for up to 8 people

> Chromecast to 1 wall monitor

> Bluetooth controlled speakers for music or sound effects

> Access to RPG materials (dry erase maps, RPG books, and miniatures/terrain)

Rivendell Private Room Rental Includes:

> Large Gaming Table (includes removable table topper and felted game surface) and chairs for up to 8 people

> Chromecast to 1 wall monitor

> Bluetooth controlled speakers for music or sound effects

> Access to RPG materials (dry erase maps, RPG books, and miniatures/terrain)

Additional Add-ons

Dedicated staff to teach board games or trading card games ($20/hr per instructor)
Private role playing event - Approx 4 hours, minimum 4 players - $15/player for one shot RPG scenario
Private role playing event - Approx 4 hours, minimum 4 players - $20/player for one shot RPG scenario plus either mystery dice or unpainted character miniature per player
Cookies & soda service - custom pricing
Decorations (tablecloths, party prizes, etc) - custom pricing

Note: At this time, all private RPG events are limited to ages 12 and up
